The 2025-2026 wedding pricing guide
The Wedding Experience begins right here – with communication and connection! It's important that I connect with you to ensure we're a great fit to work together, chat about the vision for your wedding, and more!
step 01: connect and chat
If I'm available for your date and we decide we are a good fit, I will send over a proposal that includes a contract to sign and a non-refundable retainer to pay. Completing this step will secure your date with me.
step 02: Booking
Once we have secured your date, I'll send you an "officially official" email with access to my client wedding lounge. It will give you a ton of information about planning anywhere from your engagement session to the little details of the wedding day.
step 03: Wedding Lounge
A complimentary engagement session is included in the wedding experience package. I include this because an engagement session allows us to get to know each other, and I teach you how to pose and be comfortable in front of the camera. I've had MULTIPLE grooms say they actually had fun at our shoot, and I'm pretty proud of it.
step 04: engagement Session
There are a lot of details that go into a wedding day, and I want to make sure I know about every single one. A couple of months before the wedding, I'll send a questionnaire to learn all of the little details and get a family shot list from you. We will also finalize your wedding timeline.
step 05: final planning
This day is all about you! You've put in the time and work to make it as unique as your love story, so every single second of it should be enjoyed! Leave it to me to capture the emotions, moments, and details so you can look back on this joyous day forever!
step 06: wedding day
Once I have collected your finished photos, I will place them inside my gallery portal and send you a direct link to your own photo gallery. From this portal, you can download your high resolution photos + purchase prints (or print elsewhere). Your full wedding gallery is complete within one month after your wedding.

Heirloom Albums
I believe that photos shouldn't be stored on a device. They are meant to share stories with your family and friends and bring warmth into your life. This is why I offer printing through your online gallery and custom heirloom album design. With this, you can cherish your favorite wedding moments not only in your heart, but also on your walls, on your coffee table, and in your hands.

The complimentary engagement session includes one location within 40 miles of my home plus two outfits (one outfit change). You receive your online engagement session gallery within two weeks in the same gallery I will put your wedding pictures in. If you have a location that is special to you two, I highly recommend incorporating it!
01. What all is included in an engagement session?
Yes! Weddings are a one-time thing, and I will always acknowledge the importance of this! Backups of everything are SO necessary! I always have 2 camera bodies with me on wedding days. I also have a second photographer there that serves as a human backup! We shoot on dual card cameras: meaning your photos are being recorded to two SD cards. As a photographer, it is extremely important to me to always have two copies of your images.
02. Do you have backup gear?
With most weddings, yes! However, we can always add on coverage if you need! I recommend adding coverage if you will be traveling to multiple locations or want me to stay for your late exit. Staged exits with just your bridal party can also be arranged to make sure we get everything if adding coverage is not in the budget.
05. Is Nine-ten hours enough time to capture my wedding day?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer and signed contract is required to secure your date with me. The retainer is a portion of the full package price. After that, we will split the remaining balance to be paid on separate dates (like a payment plan)! We can customize the payment plan, but I typically do two-three separate payments after the retainer. The final payment is due one (1) day before your wedding.
